Return and Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded.

Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

You were charged more than once for the same product.
You received an incorrect file.
The downloaded file is damaged or cannot be opened.
The product is significantly different from its description.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include your order number, purchase email address, and a description or screenshot of the issue.

We will first attempt to resolve the problem by replacing, repairing, or resending the digital files. A refund may be issued only when the issue cannot be resolved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided when:

You change your mind after purchasing.
You purchase the wrong product.
You do not have the required software, device, application, or technical knowledge to use the files.
You fail to read the product description, file details, dimensions, or compatibility information before purchasing.
You have already downloaded or accessed the files.
You experience minor differences in colors due to screen, printer, paper, or device settings.

Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated in the product description.

Please ensure that your email address and account information are correct before completing your purchase.

Personal and Commercial Use

The permitted use of each digital product is explained in the relevant product listing or license terms. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership to the buyer.

Files may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, or offered as free downloads unless written permission is provided.
